[Nere]: Cati...do you believe in God and christian theory (or Catholic, ect..whatever your Dad is) or did you just go to church and sit through a sermon??

[Fireblade K'Chona]: Well, Ghandi did say that "All religions are true," and my (serious) motto is "There is no one true way." (mercedes Lackey)

[Nimune]: the thing is, do people actually try the religion, test its waters so to speak, before they pass judgement?

[Nere]: i guess so...well some at least.....why?

[Nimune]: i have tried most religions (with a few exceptions) and concluded that they were mostly bullshit. I am not focusing this on any specific religion, but my point is, try somthing before you banish it to the nether regions. 

[Fireblade K'Chona]: I know Christianity pretty much through and through, I considered Judaism, but it didn't feel right...right now, I'm considering Buddhism and Wicca, but I can't let go of the Christian part of me that easily...so I guess I'm a Buddhiccaterian! (Buddhist-Wiccan-Presbyterian)

[Nere]: well...I've never been attracted to the main stream religions...I did sunday school when i was little...but paganism suites me best....because it isn't just about people claiming the authority to tell others what their faith is, and how it should be.....I have a deep respect for buddhists though and anyone who follows and respects nature regardless of religious faction...

[Cati Stormweaver]: yes, any religion that respects nature is a good one

[Fireblade K'Chona]: Actually, I kinda find the idea of a guy watching *me* every moment of my life a bit creepy...well, other than my Guardian Angel, but that's different. Yes, I believe in guardian angels. I chat with mine on a regular basis.

[Fé]: I believe.. well, not necessarily that the Goddess and God are always watching, but they're there, and that they're not just there, but they're everywhere and everything. Perfect understanding and unconditional love. Now I write it down, it sounds a lot like the way the Christians I know descibe their god. o.o It's hard to describe what I believe. I guess it's that they don't watch 'cause they don't need to; they don't watch because they are everything and a part of everything and they know. Y'know.

[KMR #1]: I get it...I think that Deitys, or 'Gods' are guarding diffirent part of the world. From Satin and other Demons like him...And that a 'Guardian Angle' is just like a Personal God. Guarding us from things that no human can handle...I named my Personal God Rekawuq...

[Our Lady of Sorrow]: My personal god has definatly taken a human shape. Or maybe not but. yea i love this guy. he doesnt like me but hes always protecting me from people like this guy that always trys to hit me. he always stands between me and the otherguy. sigh SMILES! Yea

[Fireblade K'Chona]: My Angel will not tell me his name. Grr. It's frustrating, but whenever I get frustrated, he starts laughing, so I can't stay mad at him. *huggles angel-well, tries.* OK, I tried to hug him, but I tried wrong direction...he's doubled over laughing....

[Fé]: I have to say, as we did history today in school, Britain has been a bit of a bastard over the centuries. It is, for example, our fault that there is a war in Northern Ireland, because we put Protestants there to supplant the Catholics in the first place. And it was our soldiers who were responsible for Bloody Sunday, shooting innocent, unarmed Catholics. And look at the Empire we had.. Eesh. And now we're Dubya's slave-country.

[Fé]: And leaving crap on the moon.. dude! It's just not right! And especially an American flag. Okay, you have your huge country down here on the earth that you're making a mess of, but the moon isn't, nor can it be, yours! >:( Politicians and big countries.. sheesh.

[Fireblade K'Chona]: Of course, America has its good sides. When the Russians were rolling over Germany, Europe was like, "Let 'em die." We stepped in and saved West Germany. Same with Japan...the Chinese said, "Line 'em up and shoot 'em!"  But did we? Nooo, we wrote them a constitution and helped build their country back. Sorry. My Social Studies teaacher has been ranting about that for a while. Must go Irish Dance now!
